“...our customers feel confident that the pets they take home are healthy and well taken care of.”
|
From Patrick McDermott, VP of New Store Operations, Pet Supplies Plus, Inc.: I want to take a moment to share some of the comments that have been expressed not only by my corporate associates, but also by many of our franchisees, as well.

| “The comments from customers have been very positive.” |
From Susan of Featherheads:
Our birds love the freedom they have in the habitats, and they show much better. The babies can be kept a little warmer
in the habitat but they have the freedom to play without my worrying about people touching them all the time.

| “Since moving our bunnies, parakeets and tortoise into their new homes, our pets are happier and healthier.” |
From Mark Freidlander of Jewish Home in San Francisco, CA:
As the Director of Resident Programs at the Jewish Home, I have witnessed
first hand the tremendous value of having a “pets in residence program”
and what it offers our senior residents. The Jewish Home prides itself on providing quality and dignified care to our residents. It is also our responsibility
to ensure that the small pets under our guardianship are provided with the best quality of life. That is where Companion Habitats comes in. Their well-constructed and beautiful habitats are unsurpassed. Since moving our bunnies,
parakeets and tortoise into their new homes, our pets are happier and healthier. The habitats are easy to care for and extremely visually appealing. They are also made to allow residents in wheelchairs or others with mobility problems to visit with the pets at eye level. The customer service we receive is also top notch.

| “...our sales increased by 10 fold! ...The customers are happy with the pets they have purchased. Happy customers are repeat customers!” |
From Rob Andreas of Animal World in Medicine Hat, AB:
...last September we purchased a Suncatcher reptile unit from you. Up to that point, reptile sales had been good, but after installing the unit, our sales increased
by 10 fold! In fact, we sold more reptiles in October than in the previous
nine months of the year. back to top |

| “The animals are much happier; more pets are finding new homes” |
From Barbara S. Carr of the SPCA in Tonawanda, NY: Last fall we purchased some enclosures from Companion Habitats to house rabbits, guinea pigs or other small animals as well as taller units to house reptiles, birds and other animals that would appreciate climbing. This replaced ugly wire caging and aquariums in which we had previously housed animals. Since installing the new housing in the lobby of our shelter several things have happened:

“...immediately sales increased!”
|
From William & Cindy Kiebar, Owners of Abba Pets in St. Joseph, MO:
The previous owner informed us when we purchased Abba Pets, “You won’t sell many reptiles when the weather turns warm”. Well, we made the choice to invest in Suncatcher reptile units manufactured by Companion Habitats,
Inc. of Colorado Springs, in spite of his warning. We purchased two units and immediately sales increased! Customers comment on the difference in our reptiles. “They actually move! Your competitor’s reptiles just lay there!”

| “It was a well built unit and really helped create sales.” |
From Neal Moshan of Pet’s Choice in Bayville, NJ:
I am writing this letter to make you aware of the great products you manufacture,
and the wonderful staff you have. I have been in the pet industry for over twenty-five years as a manufacturer’s salesman, and own my own pet store. During [a] two-year period I purchased a petting zoo from your company. It was a well built unit and really helped create sales. After looking around and speaking with other shop owners, and now personally knowing the quality of Companion Habitats, I brought in [a bird unit, small animal unit and cricket keeper].

| “They are professional, well lit, and the ventilation system keeps odor to a minimum.” |

| “Probably the biggest plus has been the ease at which the drawers pull out for feeding and cleaning.” |
From Ron Sevin, Owner of Pets & Ponds in Woodstock, GA:
...I wanted to let you know how things are going since we opened our new store. The habitats you helped us purchase have been great. Our customers love the setups and the easy way they can view the reptiles and small furry animals.

From Susan of Featherheads:
The Companion Habitats enclosures have had a tremendous impact on the care we are able to provide for the small animals and birds that come to our shelter. They are no longer housed in small wire cages that make it difficult for adopters to see them, and are a cinch for staff to clean. The animals are happier and more playful and therefore catch the adopter’s eye.
I absolutely love my Companion Habitat cage - it allows
me to see all my birds playing and singing in perfect harmony. Not only do they enjoy the lighting, but they love to climb back and forth on the center tree. Cleanup is very easy. Thanks for a super product!
